Course Schedule
The course runs from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Arrive for 9:15am for a welcome coffee and to meet your trainers.

- Anatomy, otoscopy and red flags
- Microsuction (with hands-on practice)
- Irrigation and manual instrumentation
- Infection prevention and clinical governance
- Live patient practice under supervision
- Competency assessment and certification

Certification
You'll leave with a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion — recognised by insurers, employers and regulators.
